With our specially designed bike trips, we offer a unique way to explore the beautiful area of Canada’s East Coast.
On our ‘Canada’s East Coast – Fins and Fiddles’ voyage we bring a number of high-quality bicycles onboard for you to explore the shorelines from a different perspective.
You and a small group will be able to explore the shorelines and venture further than you possibly could on foot. The opportunity to participate in this activity and get some exercise on shore will be an added benefit on this departure. We hope to offer cycling at a number of areas including, but not limited to, the Magdalen Islands, around the Gaspe Peninsula, Anticosti Island, Gros Morne and St. Pierre et Miquelon.
An adventurous spirit is all that is required to participate in this program. The pace will be gentle and the terrain moderate, so the most important aspect is what you wish to do. The size of the cycling group will be dictated at each stop by the equipment available, allowing only a small group to participate at each location visited.
Our two local experts are not only professional bicycle guides but have intimate knowledge of the areas we are travelling to, making them excellent resources to lead and interpret on these excursions.
Inclusions:
Our light touring bicycles come in a number of sizes and our guides will fit appropriately for each individual. Also provided are a helmet and safety vest to ensure good visibility on the trails.
